The McLeroy Family Foundation's investment in Divas Who Win has led to significant organizational growth while expanding support for survivors.

The investment from MFF allowed for the second year of data-tracking software and an expansion of the workforce which is made up of women in recovery who have graduated from the “Divas” program.

Immediate Impact

The foundation's support enabled critical capacity building included:

  • Development Director position created for sustainable fundraising

  • Associate Operations Manager promoted from within

  • Professional bookkeeper hired to strengthen financial operations

  • Four Divas graduated program and received pink jackets

Enhanced Program Quality

Strategic investments in technology and partnerships:

  • New safety-focused software implementation for teen program 

    • Medication tracking

    • Digital waivers

    • Emergency response systems

    • Secure communication portals

  • Partnership with Georgia Council for Recovery strengthening data collection

A transformative grant from the opiate settlement fund will:

Fund two transport vans enabling "warm handoffs"

Support vision for 10-12 acre tiny home community

Expand survivor support services
